Awakening into Motherhood is a community of new mom’s navigating the full emotional
range of motherhood in a safe, non-judgmental space. The group provides a nurturing
environment of connection and support and helps each woman find more power, pleasure
and balance in her life.

Cost: $65 per group.
Time & Dates: 6-week group held on Saturdays from 10am-12pm.
Location: 412 Red Hill Ave, The Essex Center 2nd floor, Suite #17 in San Anselmo.
